We were a startup company with no in-house technology expertise and were looking for a single vendor that could support our needs from soup to nuts. After giving Miklie a layman’s description of our needs, they handled the rest, from hardware and software identification and purchase to setup, systems integration and ongoing maintenance. They are currently working remotely to connect our new office in Pennsylvania and have already saved us money by proposing an alternative to a separate server.
