Situation
"We’re a small business - a two-person LLC - and our business success revolves around our database. We do a lot of remote work involving phones and computers, yet we know nothing about IT."

Challenge
"We needed our initial systems and database set up, plus the means to access all of our information remotely. Accessible and responsive ongoing support is essential for us, no matter what comes up - a black screen, frozen system - we need to be able to make a phone call and get it fixed. The IT has to work smoothly and we needed someone we can trust to make that happen."

Solution
"We’ve worked with Mike ever since we started the company. Mike is really sort of an ombudsman for us. Anything remotely related to technology we call him for. My impression is that he’s the go-to guy, and if he’s not, he knows the person who is. And the cost/value of what he does for us is fantastic. He’s extraordinarily efficient and very cost effective. Perhaps the most valuable thing, though, is that we can speak normal English to him and he’ll translate it into an IT solution that works."

Results
"Mike takes care of all the IT stuff necessary for our systems to run smoothly so I don’t have to learn IT and I can focus on my business. We’re incredibly happy. Mike is literally a part of our team. He’s worked with us for seven years, and it’s like we have our own CTO, only we don’t have to pay him 40 hours a week."
